José has worked as a choreographer for the last 7 years, stumbling upon dance while studying the Williamson Technique at Tisch with Nate Flower and Julia Crockett.  He soon developed a love and passion for creating live physical work for his own performances both digital and live, and found as strong an interest in physical storytelling within the context of musical theater.  José is trained in Movement Dynamics, Hip hop, Afro-Haitian, Jazz, Suzuki, Fluid, Butoh, and is only now dabbling in Ballet.  He believes that anyone can be a dancer with hard work, vivacity, and focus.
